Biggest loser fans, need info on the show...

When the contestants on Biggest Loser go to the ranch, I know that their food is prepared for them, but do they have options, or do they have to eat exactly what is served to them?

This doesn’t answer the question but it’s funny how the place they are staying in is the same name as a fattening salad dressing. Sorry, but I couldn’t help myself point that out.

everything is def portioned out for them, that is why most of them do well.

dieting is 70% psychological – and 30% exercise

by that i mean, you cant set a person addicted to food down in front of a tub of fruit… even though fruit is healthy, they are likely to over indulge…I use to do it all the time.
