General Question

Once upon a time, I could drag an image from the Internet over to the GIMP, and the GIMP would open it. Now, it won't. Is that just me?

Just tried it, didn’t work for me either. But you can just right click copy image and then Ctrl-V into a blank GIMP window.

You can only drag images that have been saved on your computer into GIMP these days and if you don’t want to save it then copy/paste like @J0E said.
