Will my job experience as a headhunter help me get a job as an in- house recruiter?

I am a headhunter , but my ultimate purpose is to be a in-house recruiter , i want to know how can i transfer my job smoothly , is a experience of headhunting bring benifits to applying for a in-house recruiter position ?

I think that it is an obvious skill transfer. I can easily see how you could make an excellent in-house recruiter.

@PandoraBoxx Why is attacking the asker a good answer? What value does your response bring to the question?

I personally look for headhunters to hire as an internal recruiter. It is easily transferable. As someone new to fluther, please do not be discouraged by the response of one. I’m fairly new, and this is not at all indicative of the collective.
