Is there a commercial that just annoys you?

I just realized I really hate that commercial about life insurance from AARP.. it’s just so fake!!! I hate it how they pretend to be having a normal conversation and you can totally tell it’s all a script.. they’re such bad actors.
Which commercials make you want to change the channel every time they come out? Why do you find them annoying? Do you think they are effective even though they’re annoying at the same time? Sometimes I just wonder who thinks of these commercials and if they really think they will be effective. What are your thoughts?

Those “The General” car insurance commercials. That and the ones that leave you wondering wtf you just saw.
All of them. Seriously, If it’s not OnDemand, I don’t watch it.
Actvia….......sick of the actors and sick of the product. they jack the music so loud that it hurts my ears. i always use the mute button at this time.
What about the LEADS mattress commercials.. it’s so 80s.. and that guys voice is annoying “I WON’T BE BEAT!’.. uuggghhhh!!
I personally love the commercials. I don’t watch TV much at all but the commercials are what I like. Don’t get me wrong, there are so many of them that annoy the hell out of me but it’s a love/hate relationship. Infomercials are the worst, especially the Slap Chop.
The ones by the corn lobbying industry about high fructose corn syrup, because I tend to go on little mini-rants during the pause since I actually know about the problems with HFCS.
Yes the Clorox Bleach commercial where they tell people to soak baby toys and bottles in bleach..and apparently not even rinse them. Disgusting. I hope no one actually does that.

OMG I was gonna say any Geico commercial but I totally second freecreditreport dot com commercials!!! That guy fake playing the guitar with his smirk makes me wanna bash my head against the TV and then throw it out the window.
The woman peeling potatoes. She looks normal but by the third one she’s ready to drop. She just can’t go on. Life is horrible, her hair is limp, no make up….
Then come the new potatoes in a bag,already peeled, She pops them in a microwave and then has the energy to mash them (un-correctly) in a bowl! Her hair is great, she had the energy to shower, change and put on make up. Her kids stopped wetting the bed, her husband stopped cheating on her. Yaaayyy! Life is great!

98% of them. In 2002 I decided to no longer watch them. Most of the time I just watch public channels or rent DVDs.
The Kay Jewelry commercial. The couple is on a romantic getaway and there is a lightning storm, the crash scares the woman and she falls into the man’s arms.
He says with the worst acting EVER, “It’s ok, I’m here” then gives her a necklace and says, “and I always will be”
UGH! Makes me want to throw up how bad the acting is.
