Can anyone recommend face recognition software that will compare faces of children and adults?

Asked by srmorgan (6773points) January 29th, 2010

I am trying to compare some photographs taken of children in Europe over 100 years ago with some photographs of elderly people taken in the 1950’s or 1960’s.
This is for genealogical research.

I am NOT looking for the function that Picasa includes on its service where it compares current photos and tags people.

Thanks to all

I am trying to confirm that someone was part of my family. She was born in 1875 and died in 1954. I have a picture of my great-grandfather as a boy standing with a little girl who might be his sister. Obviously there is no one around that I can ask..

There is no written record of his sister’s name, as far as I can tell.

This woman’s 75 year old grandson sent me some photos of her taken before her death.

I want to see if there is some way to compare a photo of a little girl at the age of ten with a photo of an old woman.

It’s my hobby
