How many NFL offensive tackles, since the yr. 2000 draft, that were drafted after the 1st round, are/were starters in the years from 2008 to 2010?

I’m trying to make a point that the better starting NFL starting offensive linemen are drafted by NFL teams in the 1st and/or 2nd rounds. I’d like to know how many, since the year 2000, that are currently starting for NFL teams, were drafted in the later rounds (3rd through 6th) of the NFL draft.

That would be a tough number to determine considering that players are moved back and forth from starting positions and the number would vary. However; you do make a good point that the top picks usually maintain their positions for a longer period of time… at least until they have had their share of hits and can no longer play at a level of the fresh recruits. In a nutshell, that number would be variable. At any point in time, it could be different.
