I try to remember to get exercise, to eat healthily, and to keep meditation in my life.

Try to remember that nothing is as important as you think it is.

@Trillian ditto, ditto, and ditto! Like that!

Flexibility.

You have to recognize that all things change, and be willing to respond to those changes when they inevitably happen. That recognition helps keep you from getting too attached to things and plans and opinions, and being devastated when things don’t turn out as you’d hoped. It also keeps you from getting too cocky when things are going great.

@Harp ain’t that the “dang truth!”

Moderation is the key to a balanced life.
I also exercise and eat well.

I read a book once that said; If you want to know how to live, watch a dog. I paid attention. I live in the now, I don’t sweat the petty shit and this;grant me the serenity
To accept the things I cannot change;
The courage to change the things that I can;
And the wisdom to know the difference.

Forgiveness and Self Discipline.

When things go wrong, accept it. When somebody wrongs you, no matter how cruel or hate filled their intent is, forgive them.

Keep yourself in control, for it is the only thing in the world you can truly control, whether it be eating habits, behavior, or work ethic.

This is all farce!

It’s all about attitude. You can do anything and be balanced. You can do only one thing and be unbalanced. It depends on how you feel about what you do. If you are doing things because you feel you should and not because you want to, it’s likely you feel unbalanced.

Perspective. Understanding everything and nothing matters at the same time.
