For breast implants, which are the best kind to get? Also, what is the average cost of getting breast implants?

I’m currently a size B cup and would like to be a D cup or DD cup. I’m wondering what type of implant has the least amount of health risks. As well as how much it costs to have breast implants put in? Are there any weight/age restrictions?
