Why does itunes home sharing disappear after i hit done?

Are you using iTunes 9 with this? It looks like the program is the issue, not you. Now it’s up to Apple to develop a fix for this jolly little error in the next major update.

yeah, i have itunes 9 on both computers. a quick goolgle search about this shows lots of people with this problem, but no good solutions.

I had this problem too then went into Itunes preferences, sharing, in each computer and clicked on “look for shared libraries” and ” share my library on local networks” and it fixed it. Hope it does for you too!
