How can I import CSV-formatted calendar data into Windows Live Calendar?

I am able to export my Yahoo! Calendar to CSV format, and very easily import that into Google Calendar. But I can’t figure out how to import it into the Windows Live Calendar. Is this possible and, if so, how is it done?
