Why is it that when I run outside in the cold, inside my ears hurt?

I like to run or walk quick outside, but when it’s cold, the inside my ears hurt. Sometimes my head hurts too!

That cold gets everywhere in the end.Do you like “t”? You seem to have spilled a little at the end.

If it’s actual pain I’d recommend getting your GP to take a look. It could be that you have an ear infection or even a perferated drum. Or you could just be prone to ear ache, in which case cram some cotton wool in before you go running.

Take off your pants and run outside. That should take care of the ear ache
