(NSFW) Are you a squirter?

I suspect a lot of those porn clips of women squirting is just urine and done for effect? I am sure too that some women do squirt. I asked a Doctor friend of mine ” if all women could actually squirt” to which he replied yes. Does it really squirt far and high, or is it less dramatic when it occurs? I still don’t know what that ” NSFW” stands for but realised I had to use it!
