Who designed Google's Olympics 2010 banners?

I’ve been trying to find out who designed the Olympics 2010 banner above the search field on Google. But I haven’t found anything yet (guess “Google has not been my friend” in this particular search).

Dennis Hwang is the current illustrator for the Google Doodles. I’m not sure if he did the Olympic ones, but he does all the others.
