Do cats deter snakes?

No. A cat (or any moving object) can scare snakes away if the snake is exposed and on the move. Snakes hide in nooks, crannies and warm spaces so the magic that is a cat will have no effect on them.

A freind of mine in Australia had a cat that killed a lot of snakes however eventually a snake got the cat :-(

In a convent the nuns repel the sacred trouser snake from the holy pussy.So yeah certainly in their case it’s true.
