How I save a photo on my desktop that I got from a blog as a JPeg?

Right-clicking on the photo doesn’t seem to give me a “Save As” option. Is there something else I can do?

Open it up with some kind of image editor you have installed on your computer (right click and select “Open with…”. Then in the program select “File > Save As…” and change the type of file to .jpeg.

OR! A quicker way is to rename it with the .jpeg extension. It will prompt you with “it may become unusable”, but just hit OK.
