What is a breakdown of costs to export chocolate from Edmonton, Alberta Canada to Cape Town South Africa?

I’m doing a marketing plan project for class and need some help finding the costs of using a freight forwarder to export chocolates from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada to Cape Town, South Africa. In particular, I am looking for costs relating to each leg of the journey (trucking from Edmonton to Montreal, then shipping from St. Lawrence River to Cape Town) as well as approximate length of time to reach each destination.
