I know the lyric's can anyone identify the band?

I am wondering if anyone recognizes the lyrics to this song? It is sort of a “punk rock” type song I am guessing from the 80’s? ” One times, two times, devestated, I wanna be loved , I don’t wanna be hated. I don’t know if I wanna fall in love again.” This is the chorus of the song. I would love to know who does this song! Any ideas?
