How do I get the theme off of my tumblr?

I’m new to tumblr. And I accidentally put one of the themes it lets you choose from on my blog. Now I can’t remove it. Please help. :)

Wouldn’t it make sense to ask people on tumbler? Don’t they have their own FAQs and instructions? Just wondering…..

They do. But it’s a bunch of HTML stuff. I didn’t mess with the HTML of my blog.
