Is Perrier water good for you, like minerally speaking?

I’m curious why it tastes so good. Is it just because of my secret longing for soda, or does it really have something to it that I need? Magnesium? Is it actually bad to drink fizzy water? I need to know how my new addiction is affecting my health!
