How can I make vinyl toys?

I would like to make my own toys but I dont know where to star, I have my designs ready but where can I make them?

Why vinyl? It’s just plastic and plain cold. To make your toys more appealing, you might want to explore the costs and benefits of the newer materials such as latex, jelly, silicone, and of course, cyberskin.
