I need a great small business accountant and financial advisor in the Bay Area. Any recommendations?

We’re in the contract software design and development space, specifically user experience design. We’ve used lots of different accountants over the years, but I haven’t really been happy with any of them, since I nearly always find mistakes in their work or get poor communication turnaround (like weeks of wait time for a response around critical tax deadlines). I want someone I can trust to do a good and timely job, provided I give complete and thorough information and instructions. I’m a good client, I promise :)
