What should I spend my remaining $15 on?

Asked by eLenaLicious (822points) March 15th, 2010

Alright, well my dad gave me $20 to wander around the mall while waiting for my brother and him to finish with a hair cut.
I treated my little brother to lunch and I got $15 left…
I have no idea what to spend the remaining on and I don’t wanna blow it all off on food like I always do!
Any ideas people? :)

Put it some place and forget about it. I often find money in books and it is always a nice surprise to find money.

Strip clu… wait, how old are you?

jeffgoldblumsprivatefacilities's avatar

Music is always a good choice.

simone54's avatar

@_bob What kind of low end, dirty-ass strip club do you go to and spend only $15.00.

iphigeneia's avatar

I think you should either save it or buy a book.

What about a CD?

bob_'s avatar

@simone54 I didn’t say it’d be a long stay.

Sarcasm's avatar

Buy your dad a tie.

LuckyGuy's avatar

Save it. Why flush it away?

Silhouette's avatar

Donate it to bob so he can elevate his strip club circuit.

@Silhouette funny!

I’m on the save it side. Then again, I’m always up for a good book!

Silhouette's avatar

@cak A good book is an excellent choice.

Find the best album ever created and go buy it. For rock, I recommend “Aenima” by Tool (as a musician and obsessive music fan, best album of all time). For emo, I recommend “A Beautiful Lie” by 30 Seconds to Mars.

Go to a dollar store and buy 15 things.

cbloom8's avatar

Put it into some sort of container than start some sort of performance. The people who see you will be encouraged by the money you already have and will be a bit more willing to throw money in. That is, of course, if you and your brother have something to do that is street performer quality.

eLenaLicious's avatar

@cbloom8 alright, I will dress him up as a monkey, make him juggle mangoes as I play the cymbals

The day will come when you know what you want. Wait until then. :)

One month of World of Warcraft.

If you go to the dollar store, you’ll only be able to get 13 or 14 items.

The two certain things in life are death and TAXES.

So, depending on your state, definitely less than 15.

:D

I would go to a movie. It is perfect for when you are tired – all you have to do is sit.

Captain_Fantasy's avatar

I think you should buy a good book. You get a lot of bang for your buck that way.

autumn43's avatar

@Buttonstc – not in NH. 15 things. No tax.

Jeruba's avatar

Hold onto it until there’s something you actually want.

@autumn43
darn lucky. I live in Hawai’i. Mostly everything has to be shipped here so more expensive :P

eLenaLicious's avatar

@metallica7219 nah I’ll just watch it for free…

I wouldn’t waste $15 to see a bunch of naked people.

Just_Justine's avatar

I agree with @Jeruba wait until there is something you cannot wait to buy.
