What is the absolute fastest way to ship a letter to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Russia?

DHL and UPS can only offer delivery by 3/23 if picked up tomorrow, but I need it there tomorrow or Friday.

there isn’t a way. you’ve left it too late. the soonest is what dhl said. except if you have it flown at great cost by the airlines, call their cargo number. Good luck!
