What mode of transport would you love to "pilot" that you've not yet had the pleasure of doing so?

Something unusual perhaps, or maybe an ambition. Or simply a desire to try it out.By pilot I mean drive,ride,fly whatever.

I’ve been on many boats, but I’ve never driven one. My boyfriend has, though (we went out on a boat on Donner Lake one time with him driving it the whole time). I wish I knew how. I would love to do that some day.
Is “drive” even the word you use with a boat? As you can see, my knowledge of boats is limited…

@timtrueman Yeah me too.Although it’s not so much an accelerator on an F1 car, more a warp pad.
My understanding is normal people cannot do more than a few laps before their neck goes from the g-forces on braking and cornering—over 5 g! (I’ve done 3 g in a centrifuge and that was pretty exhausting)

In another thread, @blueknight73 mentioned working 30 years as a locomotive engineer. Maybe he waved to me when I was a kid by the side of the tracks, trying to get them to blow the train whistle!

I’ve driven bicycles, motorcycles, autos, trucks, operated many different types of heavy machinery and tractors, and piloted boats, and even stood at the helm on a US Navy ship. I would love to pilot a plane, a tain, a submarine.
