What's on your bucket list?

Sky diving. Me and my best friend have decided we need to do a bucket list also and we are going sky diving in April when it has warmed up. I mentioned getting a tattoo, but she won’t go for that. I may still get a small tattoo.

Scuba Dive the Great Barrier Reef.

Film several of my screenplays.
Finish my tattoo.
Run amok in a corn field.
Learn how to play the violin.
Learn how to speak Spanish, French and Khmer.
Assassinate whoever invented cardboard tampons.
Vagina punch someone.

I say do what you can with what you’ve got, now.

What the heck is a bucket list?

A bucket list is a list of things you want to do before you die.

Island hop via sailboat in the Carribbean, road trip from coast to coast in the U.S., Antarctica, overland trip from Europe to East Africa….I have a lot.

Safari, swordfight, join the French Foreign Legion, sail alone on a sailboat in the Pacific, drink Dos Equis with hot exotic women, visit the Khyber Pass, make a 1200 yard rifle shot, learn to speak Russian and write in Sanskrit, visit my namesake town in Italy, cruise a bayou, fly a plane, fly a blimp, do something that requires me to wear a pith helmet (besides the safari), walk the Rio Téodoro, and learn to fiddle better.

Live in the wilderness for as long as I can hack it.
Get a tattoo, even a tiny one.
Read every book in my personal library plus many more.
Buy a harp. Learn to play it.
Be an extra in a zombie movie.

…and someday I’d like to have a threesome.

For those who are wondering: “to kick the bucket” is a slang expression meaning to die.

Travel from hither to yon, visiting friends that I haven’t seen in years. Experiencing the 6–700 hot air balloon race in Albuquerque, from both below and as a participant. Write a memorable song. Propagate hydrangeas, deep purple and blue with 2 ft. blooms that last throughout the winter. Purchase a vintage Air Stream and go on the road with my grandchildren. Make a difference in as many people’s lives as possible.
