Are there any places to rent a mountain bike in Austin, TX?

Bicycle Sports Shop is where I usually rent the bikes, but apparently there’s an event this weekend that has them all rented out.

Are there any other places in Austin where I can rent two standard mountain bikes?

I’m guessing you tried both BSS in Austin (North and South). I would try calling Mellow Johnny’s, Nelo’s Pro Cycles, Ozone Bikes or even University Cyclery.
