Does folica.com accept pre-paid credit cards?

I need a new straightener. I am 16 and I plan on getting a pre-paid credit card (probably mastercard or visa I think) .I know someone who works at the post office and they said that I should check to make sure that folica.com accepts pre-paid cards. I checked on their FAQ, but I’m still not completley sure they accept them. Can someone clear this up for me before I go and buy the card?

As long as you don’t go over the amount of money that is on the card, you can use it as a credit card. The website won’t know that it is a pre-paid card, they will just see it as a Visa or MasterCard. It becomes a problem when you need to split the difference between two cards because the card doesn’t have enough of a balance. At that point, it is easier to use it in a store and tell them the exact amount on the card and have them type it in to the register. But, to answer your question simply, as long as the straightener is below the total value of the card or exactly the value of the card, you won’t have a problem.
