i use QR Producer Windows software from http://www.qrproducer.com to produce secure OR barcodes COMPLETELY OFFLINE. Had some problems before with clients being flooded with marketing messages after using “free Online Qr Generators”, so be careful which service you use. Very happy with the simple to use QR Producer Windows software!
