Any easy to come by pills/candy that could pass off [for a film] as ecstasy?

You could make them out of sugar.

All the one’s I’ve come accross have just looked like regular pills, Paracetamol or something similar with a silly picture on.

How about Easter Egg dying color pills?

Generic aspirin tablets with a little spray paint or dye is probably the easiest way to go. Just make sure the camera doesn’t get close enough to see the stamp. Oh and don’t forget aspirin starts to dissolve fairly quickly so don’ go leaving them in a water-based dye overnight or anything.

I would just get chewable vitamins, I have seen generic kids vitamins (non animal shaped) that are colored and should be a suitable facsimile.

just a little white, beige or tan or vitamin c pill. aspirin. will do.

Funny story…

My brother wanted to know if I had any viagra. I said yes, giving him some beano pills.

After, I asked him if it worked, he said he did not notice. I said at least you did not have to worry about farting. LOL

You could try to find a pill press or look online on how to make one. I hear they aren’t super hard to make.
