Site to search flights just by indicating departure airport?

Asked by tanusca (5points) April 9th, 2010

Does anyone know which site enables us to look for flights just by specifying the departure airport?
It’s a really useful site, because it gives you a list of potential destinations, listing them from the cheapest to the most expensive ones!
Thanks!

You can see the destinations covered by an airport in Wikipedia. Don’t know of a site that provides the type of information you’re talking about.

go to the departure airport’s website… they will usually list the flights or airlines that serve that airport.

Go here (its a link to Bing’s air travel index). Look to the bottom-right for the “Explore multiple routes at once” area. Just select a departure city, and in the 2nd box, it will let you select from any of the cities that the airport flies to.

Note: I just tried to query some smaller airports in my area (Mobile, AL and Pensacola, FL) and they didn’t show. Both airports would definitely exist if you searched for flights the normal way, but this feature isn’t available, apparently, for not-so-major airports.

Airline web sites have schedules by airport. Good for small airports. Not so much for O’Hare or LAX.

@Fred931 Do you know of any others with a greater selection of cities? There are only about 8 to choose from with my origin, and they are all domestic. It would be great if you could do international flights as well…
