What are your opinions on ear piercings?

What do you think of a person (girl) with more than just a lobe piercing in each ear.
I.e. extra ear piercings such as cartilage, rook, or just more lobe piercings?
Do you like them? Dislike them? Or are you indifferent?
Do they make a girl/guy more or less attractive to you, or does it not affect that.

Do you yourself have any ear piercings?
