Is there an easy way to tell if your engine is ceased up?

So, I have this 1984 Dodge Rampage manual transmission trucklet. I found it abandoned across the street from my house, and my life long dream has been to fix it up (forgotten cars need love too). I’m trying to get it running right now, but before I do too much work, I want to find out if the engine is ceased up first. Is there any way I can do that without taking the block apart?

Try this,Put it in neutral,place socket in breaker bar on crank hexbolt,which holds on the crank pulley.The engine should turn with moderate pressure applied to breaker bar.If not,it’s seized.
You can do this while wearing stillettos,but you don’t need to copy everything I do now,do ya? lol—good luck—

If it has been sitting for years I’d remove the spark plugs and squirt some Kroil oil or penetrating oil in the cylinders first. Let is sit for a couple of hours and then try to spin it with the breaker bar. You can do it with the plugs out so there is no compression. It should turn easily. If not, try a whack or two on the breaker bar.
