How do I put my DVD's onto my iTouch (Vista)

Hi. I own a PC and an iTouch and would like to use a program to put my movies onto my iTouch. I don’t mind buying a program.

However I’m not sure that Handbrake for Windows supports bypassing the DVD’s protection. The Mac version does, and does DVD-to-iWhatever very well, but the last Windows version of HB I tried didn’t want to bypass the protection.
