Do all the new movies come out on the instant streaming with netflix?

They will probably come out later. There is a delay since they want you to buy the DVD.

I’m not positive on this, but I believe there are two answers to this question:

1. Netflix has to get rights from the movie producers/company which takes time
2. Netflix has to format it properly to make it stream-able which also takes time because the stream is available on PS3, web, etc.

In a few years, I’m sure all movies will just be streaming.
