Do you know of any books or movies that deal with International Education?

I’ m looking for a novel or movie that has to do with education, more specifically international education in developing countries, anybody have any ideas?

Could you perhaps clarify your question a bit. Are you interested in (1) schools in developing countries that teach students from other nations (like the schools that foreign ambassadors send their children to when living in these developing nations)? or are you interested in (2) what schools are like in developing countries? or even (3) foreign-run schools in developing countries that teach the local populations?

I think you meant 2, but it’s a bit ambiguous. Also are documentaries acceptable? or are you looking for something with a story? Does this need to be relatively modern day?

a little clarification would be helpful…

the first thing that came to mind was a True Life episode i saw of this girl from the US whose family moves to new zealand.

Those are just a few off the top of my head. But yeah, we could use some more details.
