Grouper on the grill?

how do you guys do it? how long before turning it? any special spices you use on it?

Grouper is good with a little lime juice and olive oil. Or you can use blackening seasoning or Jamaican jerk seasoning.

I put mine in foil. Salt pepper. Sometimes Mrs. Dash. Celery, slice of lemon. 5 min.

I put mine in foil with a little salt, pepper, lemon zest and white wine. I tent the foil so there is room for the steam, seal all but one little corner of the foil so it can vent. You shouldn’t need to turn the pouch. Let the fish steam/poach until done. You can also add your veggies if you want to make a complete meal in a pouch.

Do one pouch for each serving.
