Best way to contact bank of america about going out of town?

Flying to Israel tomorrow morning. Have a California account – once used my atm card in Philly and it locked down everything so I had to run around the town looking for an office (they don’t let you unlock it over the phone.)

Is this going to happen to me again if I don’t call? Any way to notify online?

If not, I guess I can call in the morning – just checking to see if anyone has any ideas / advice about taking care of this more efficiently. Thanks!
