Is there a device that can import SIM contacts to PC?

And / or just store them as a backup to use them on another mobile phone.

depends on a few things. For instance, if you are using a phone like the iPhone, Blackberry or one based on Android and you subscribe to Google your contacts will be stored on their network and will be automatically downloaded to your new phone as long as it is a iPhone one that I mentioned. What kind of phone is it?

@trbryant nokia c60 ... or something like that.
I’m not technologically avantguarde. Can’t afford to be.

Everything would be so much easier with all the facilities…
