Pretty much says all that needs to be said.Something that may be worth a few quid or just a garment that you think would look & feel great on you.If you’ve never thought of this before, well now’s your chance. You see i’m providing a service here.

I’d kind of not mind wearing Uhuru’s sexy little number.Sniff sniff, ahhh the whiff of poontang in the air.

A couple of James Bonds suits and his car to drive them around in!

syz's avatar

I always thought Stargate would make great Halloween costumes, as would anything from the ball scene in Eyes Wide Shut.

Superfly I already have the hat, the cash & the pistol, I’m listening to Curtis Mayfield, and I can grow the hair and the moustache. All you have to do, is get me the coat, the girl and that goddamn motherfuckin shiny-ass automobile!

aprilsimnel's avatar

I’ll take all of Betty Draper’s dresses from Mad Men.

@Cruiser James Bond’s shoes are supposedly Church’s, which are made in Northampton, once Shoe-Capital of the World, and where I live/grew up.

They retail for around £400 a pair, but my father knows people at the factory, and picked me up a pair for a cool £60…

So, if you need the shoes to match the Brioni suit and Aston Martin DB5, you know who to call.

Cruiser's avatar

@The_Idler Thanks…nice score on the shoes there! Go get my Walther and silk boxers and I am ready for my next mission! ;)

I can’t pull off girl clothes, so I wouldn’t be able to wear any of it, but Chuck’s whole wardrobe on Pushing Daisies was fabulous. And even if I could do girl clothes in general, I just don’t have the shoulders for my favorite look.

Tina Turner’s outfit in Mad Max Beyond the Thunderdome or Audrey Hepburn’s dress she wore to the races in My Fair Lady.
Ah…it’s so hard to choose :)

The_Idler's avatar

@Cruiser Hah, actually I have an air pistol which is a pretty good copy of the Walther P38

I’ll pick up some cheap suits and silk underwear out in HK, got myself a pretty good costume õ.O

ucme's avatar

Audrey Hepburns? You’d probably need the corset set to stun to squeeze into that lil number. As for Turner’s, looking good. Oops I can see ya nutbush :¬D

MacBean's avatar

Ooh. Or Tim Curry’s wardrobe from Rocky Horror. Especially the shoes. :D

Trillian's avatar

I’d like any of the ball gowns with hoops from Gone With the Wind.

breedmitch's avatar

Bette Davis’ “Fasten your sestbelts” party dress from All About Eve. The black, off the shoulder number with the fur trimmed pockets.

syz's avatar

@MacBean Not Tim Curry as this?

Seek's avatar

Deanna Troi’s Blue Dress (best pic I could find that wasn’t a cosplayer) from Star Trek: The Next Generation.

Eowyn’s green gown from Lord of the Rings

I also wouldn’t mind having Legolas’s outfit. Or Haldir‘s. They just look so comfortable. I wish I could dress like that all the time and not look like a freak. ^_^ Or die of heat exhaustion. But that’s beside the point.

zenele's avatar

Actually, Spiderman.

<<<Okay okay maybe this one too.

syz's avatar

This would be cool.

Psst, @Seek_Kolinahr, your party has started.

Seek's avatar

Oh, gods, @syz I love that dress! And the wings. And the shoes. Oh, gods the shoes! ::gaspeth::

The one that Queen Latifa wears while singing When You’re Good To Mama

Just about anything Cher has ever worn (almost)

Many of Barbara Streisand costumes from Funny Girl and Hello Dolly.

shego's avatar

I would have to say the outfits that Lesile Caron wore in the movie Gigi

jonsblond's avatar

This lovely dress that Clair Danes wore in Romeo + Juliet. I would love to run around town for a day wearing that. Imagine the looks I’ll get down at the Lonely Tap wearing those wings!

ipso's avatar

Definitely The Satyrs, with pogo

ubersiren's avatar

Ooh, what a fun question! Maybe the Ice Queen costume or the dress Scarlett O’Hara wears to the picnic at Twelve Oaks. Some epic gown like that. I love @syz‘s and @jonsblond‘s choices, too.

MacBean's avatar

@syz I could rock that Tim Curry look, I think. XD

rangerr's avatar

Any of the villains from Star Wars.
Preferably a bounty hunter. Like Boushh.
Which, coincidentally, is being worked on for me right now.
Because I’m this big of a geek.

casheroo's avatar

I love Summer from Serenity and the outfit she wears with the goggles. Okay, just the goggles. I’d totally wear them all the time. Here they are

Barbarella

But, you know, not for me. I mean… for someone else.
