Is this a famous singer on the Optimum Triple Play commercial?

i don’t know how to post a link but if you look at You Tube and search optimum triple play 877 393 4448 the commercial will come up. It takes place on a beach, and it’s like a salsa singer who also raps, partly in Spanish, partly in English. There are 3 female background singers who twirl umbrellas and stuff like that, and the tune is pretty catchy (“877 393 4 4 4 eeeiiight!!). it’s a colorful commercial and the quality of the singing has always made me wonder if it’s someone famous.
