Do you do P90X?

I do it and have been for about 6 months. I really like it although I still think the yoga segment is nearly impossible for me to do well. Do you do P90X? If you do P90X, do you find some parts to be be more challenging than others? Are there things that you just can not do? (I can not do “The Crane” to save my life).

I like the plyometrics. I haven’t gotten all the way through for one reason or another. It’s pretty challenging.
