Is it possible to use iPhone App's on a personal computer?
Some of the apps appear to be fun…. and I don’t have an I-Phone…. so I was wondering if it is possible to use them on a normal PC?

Not without the developer SDK, and even then it’s pretty iffy.
Give it time, though, and OSX and iOS will probably end up becoming pretty intertwined and you will be able to, I think.
But right now, no, not really.
And even then, it will like be only OS X that can do so since Apple is fussy enough about what software they allow to run on which hardware that they have found themselves in the courts a few times.
If such a thing was/is ever available for Windows or Linux then it’s either uber-secret or Apple has/will get an injunction to kill it.
