Is there an XM Radio reciever that doesn't have this?

When we had our ‘04 Sienna van, we had a store-bought XM receiver that had a powerfully-magnetic antenna that you would place somewhere on the exterior of the car. That little spot has been permanently marred with scratches and God-knows-what-else. We don’t want that to happen to our new van, so we’re looking for any XM receiver that doesn’t have an antenna that must be placed outside of the car. Is there such a thing?
