What's the song on the Kleenex "sneeze shield" commercial?

It’s written by a group called “South MSD (Music and Sound Design)”

They write music specifically for adverts and the like, and it would seem there is not a full track version of the music for this advertisement. They call the music “Back to school – The clapping game”

I got this information from their facebook page
