What are the pros and cons of working at Vons?

I need to know what I’m getting myself into. I’m 17 and don’t go to school, so hours aren’t really a problem. I’d also like to know about the union. Thanks.

The union is what makes the pay at Vons and the benefits pretty okay.

I would think that one thing to think about is how working at Vons fits in with your overall goals and life plan. Is it something that is getting you closer to your goals?
