How can I wipe the memory of a Brother IntelliFAX 2820?

I am forced to use this machine in an office setting. The machine scans all documents first, then pauses and dials, sending the FAX transmission after connection. Since it has stored the document images, how can I erase the images from its memory?

I looked up the specs. It looks like it is just using normal RAM as storage. That is volatile so cutting power to it should clear the memory. So unplugging it for few seconds should do the trick.
