Anyone know where I can find current stats on UK/USA soldiers lost in the current wars?

Asked by DarlingRhadamanthus (11273points) August 23rd, 2010

I am trying to find the most current listing of number of casualties on the US and UK side of the war in both Afghanistan and Iraq. I can’t seem to find that.

Does anyone know where they might be located on the ‘net? Thank you!

These are for the US (from the DoD):
Operation Iraqi Freedom (Iraq) Military Deaths from March 19, 2003 – July 31, 2010
Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan) Military deaths from October 7, 2001 – July 31, 2010
Other Military Casualty Information (this has several other categories listed).

This is US, UK, and “others”:
Here is a graph for Iraq and Afghanistan and mentions both the US and UK.

These are for the UK:
UK Military and civilian Iraq casualties
UK military and civilian Afghanistan casualties

I use antiwar.com , but I don’t think it lists british casualties.

Here are another two links:

Iraq casualties

Afghanistan casualties

You can click on some of the sub-menus to get more detailed information, including the names and ages, rank, circumstances, of those killed, and information regarding casualties from “coalition” countries other than the U.S. and U.K.
