What is the best book to use to write an essay of Galileo Galilei?

I have this essay to write for History class, it’s a 15 page essay and my subject for the essay is Galileo Galilei. I have to write about how he had changed the world but in 15 pages. We have to use at least can ONLY use two books for this essay.

But I don’t know what book to use, so I’ve searched on amazon.com for some Galileo books and I found:
● Dialogue Concerning the Two Chief World Systems by Galileo, Stillman Drake, John Heilbron, and Albert Einstein

● Discoveries and Opinions of Galileo by Galileo Galilei

● The Essential Galileo by Galileo Galilei and Maurice A. Finocchiaro

● Sidereus Nuncius, or The Sidereal Messenger by Galileo Galilei and Albert Van Helden

● Starry Messenger: Galileo Galilei by Peter Sis

● Galileo Galilei: First Physicist by James H. MacLachlan

Out of which two of these books I can use to help me write my essay?(Our school language is Dutch so it’s difficult for me to copy text from the book, so don’t worry about it)
