What's the best place to get a burger in San Diego?

I was thinking non-fast food. In-N-Out is okay. It’s NEVER “in and out” though. It is better then Fat Burger

Well, I miss them since I live where I can’t get them.

Although I too miss in n out I would also recommend Bennigans, Islands, or 5ifth Quarter. Happy eating!
