Whats the oldest a guy can be to date a 15 year old girl?
well my friend sam is 15 going on 16 and she likes this guy who is about to be 18 but he is scared to date her because of the age difference, but she has dated older guys.

It depends on the laws in your state. Dating won’t get them in trouble. The trouble comes if they have sex depending on the laws there.

Here’s the laws in CA. The age of consent according to that is 18 and it is unlawful for minors to have sex. The rules about age limits and possible charges are discussed on that link.
When I was 15, I date a 19 year old – it was fine.
When I was 15 I dated an 18 year old.
What’s all this talking about sex? Can’t anyone just go out on dates to learn about each other and have some fun. Sex should be a treasured act for the one & only you are meant to spend the rest of you life with. Sex is, & still should be, THE MARRIAGE ACT!! When “in love” a little necking happens,,,but too much of that just causes a lot of frustration. Call me old fashioned,,,I don’t care.
The guy is obviously worried about breaking the law or meeting Chris Hansen, but really, when she is 50, he will be 53. that does not seem bad to me. where I live the age of consent is 16. to me 15 and 18 is not really worth worrying about, however if he where 47 then hell no, call the cops.
lets face it, 16 (or 18 or 21 depending where you live) is not some magic number that is etched in stone. some people will be ready when they are 15, some when they are 19, if she has already had older boyfriends she is obviously starting young.
but at the end of the day, its up to the guy in this situation, and while i would have no problem with a 15 year old going out with an 18 year old, the best thing would be if she looks for someone else.
When I was 15 I dated an 18 year old. It was very fine.
